Presto! PVR by NewSoft is a personal video recorder application that turns a Windows PC and a compatible TV tuner into a full-featured television and recording system. It lets you watch live TV, pause and rewind broadcasts with time-shifting, schedule recordings, and manage your library of shows through an intuitive interface.
